We offer free standard shipping for orders within the United States. For more information, please read our shipping policy details below.
We use UPS and USPS as our primary standard service carrier (Up to 3 Lbs.). All orders delivered to a PO Box will be shipped via USPS. Please allow up to seven business days from ship date for delivery when choosing Standard Shipping. Not available for international orders.
Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories –
There is no additional charge for all orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Mariana Islands, Palau and the Virgin Islands. Delivery time is 10 business days.

Please contact your customs office to thoroughly inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.
Our international shipping cost varies depending on weight and destination. Total freight costs will be displayed during checkout based upon your items and their destination country.
We offer fast, reliable shipping via APC Postal Logistic. APC Postal Logistic may also interface with local carriers for the final delivery of your package.
There are many country specific laws, regulations and restrictions that may impact our ability to ship your order and your ability to receive it. We recommend you contact your customs office to understand what regulations and restrictions may apply to orders shipping from the United States and/or the items you are ordering. Customs may delay your order or might reject it outright from being delivered based on local laws. In addition, you may incur higher than expected import duties or tariffs, your order may not be deliverable, or customs may quarantine or return your order back to us upon their inspection.
Shopbestnaturals cannot anticipate or estimate country specific duties, tariffs and taxes that may apply to your order. It is your responsibility to research and understand these fees and pay them once levied.
To avoid long delays in delivering your package, or a package being returned to us, please ensure your international address information is correct and includes a telephone number for the delivery carrier to contact you should there be an issue in transit.
Returns & Refunds
We offer 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may send unopened, sealed products back to us within 30 days of your order and receive a full refund minus shipping charges. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for more details. Returns will be processed and credited to your account with 3-5 business days from the date we received your package. If your order was damaged during shipment, or if you received the incorrect item in your order, please do not open the items and contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier for a damaged shipment. Please include your order number, daytime phone number, and the nature of the damages. You have the option of either receiving a replacement or a full refund once the claims process is complete. We will not be responsible for the products that been seized by your country Customs or damaged by the heat. Orders already shipped out cannot be canceled in mid-transit. We cannot recall items already shipped out of our warehouse. All orders that are undeliverable/returned (due to bad address or no one to receive the package) will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.
